HighTower is a great place to gain experience and learn- very hands on.

Cons

Although HighTower just celebrated its 10th's anniversary it still has it's growing pains.

This is a place where a person can grow and quickly advance their career, but don't expect anyone to hold your hand and accept effort to replace results.

Cons

If you don't like urgency and accountability - then this may not be a good fit for you, but if you are driven and ambitious and like working with serious people doing more that trading time for money, this may be a great fit
