Unlimited pto for now. Some Good people

Cons

Where to begin. CEO is very out of touch. Since he started the benefits that made the uncompetive market salaries worth it disappeared. The president (THL plant) is worst and belittles anyone he speaks too even the interns. I’ve seen people cause issues/outages and get promoted the next month while hard workers are pidgin hold.

not much anymore, everyday Larry finds a new way to make it clear he hates everyone

Cons

CEO isnt interested in leaving his Ivory tower to actually interact with the peasants. Its very clear hes trying to make work miserable for everyone so they quit to make the company appear more valuable for a sale
