- Great team - Founders who care about their employees and have created a culture where ideas and people are valued - Good perks - An industry that's truly excited about what we're doing - Great product vision

Cons

- No Hightower dog... yet! ;) - We're growing quickly. This comes with growing pains like temporarily cramped quarters. Upside is you get extra cozy with your colleagues

Pros

Hightower is comprised of some of the most driven, thoughtful and intelligent people I have ever worked with. Not only does everyone care about their product, they care about delivering the best experience to their clients.

Cons

The team has quickly out grown is office space in Soho. A move will be occurring sooner rather than later.

Pros

Great co-workers, everybody is really committed to the organization which makes it a fun place to show up to work every day. Because the company is growing quickly there are also lots of opportunities for advancement/promotion.

Cons

I guess the fast pace the company's moving at probably isn't for everyone - if you're used to working in a big organization it could be a bit of a culture shock.
