Pros
Hightower hits all the marks of an excellent company. Great leadership, support/growth, transparency and perks. They're growing rapidly, so you won't be 'the new person' for more than a week or two - honestly. Regular check-ins with leadership keep employees engaged and focused. The active sales team is talented and aggressive, which, to my surprise, contributes positive energy and momentum to the inevitable drain of the modern full time working environment. The added goodies - lunch reimbursement, great coffee, snacks, beer, standing desks, etc - feel less like ploys to get you to work longer hours and more like an active statement about how comfortable the workplace should feel.
Cons
If you hate working with people who care about their industry, you might not like it at Hightower.
