Pros

Small company, focused, with a mature product, solid client base and healthy funding. All of the senior leadership team is very accessible and responsive Candid and frank discussions on a regular basis about direction and objectives Lots of interesting problems to solve, plenty of opportunity to make a significant impact as an IC.

Cons

Pros

I joined Highwire a few months ago and have had an incredible experience. From my first interview, I felt welcomed, appreciated, and valued. I still feel that every day. Leadership is attentive, supportive, and, most importantly, open to listening. There is room to grow within the company. Since I joined, I've seen several peers promoted and switch internal departments. The company values growth. Excellent benefits are offered - and unlimited PTO! Employees are constantly feeling appreciated.

Cons

The team values in-office collaboration - so it is encouraged that we are in the office most of the week - which isn't a con for all but could be seen as a con to prospective employees. It was a con for me before I joined the team. Now that I am a part of this team, however, I understand why in-person collaboration is so encouraged. In-office collaboration with a group of employees who are willing to help one another and care about the company's growth is extraordinary to witness. I no longer think of it as a con, for the record!
