      Pros

      Lots of decent people at the worker bee level with good technical abilities and common sense. Friends are easy to make and keep. The site is cGMP compliant and safe.

      Cons

      Management becomes hostile fast and has no respect for anyone with less authority than themselves and "solutions" flow down the organizational chart and NO information flows upwards. No investment in the people that work there (education, PDA, etc.)

      Management can impede progress. Mafia-like atmosphere. Those who should be held accountable are not always held accountable depending on how close you are with those in charge.
