      Pros

      Good benefits. Work isn't that hard just a lot to do. People are friendly. Sometimes cliquish but that happens everywhere.

      Cons

      The manager of the department is really bad. The only time she interacts with you is if you screwed up. No positive energy or mentoring at all. If they replaced her, it would be 10x a better place to work.

      Pros

      Honestly, the only pro of working here was the healthcare benefits. We didn't have to pay for them and it was a decent deductible. Lots of experience gained. It was good to gain the experience and take it elsewhere.

      Cons

      Biggest challenge was finding the motivation to come to work everyday, knowing you would be worked like a indentured servant. Lots of cattiness across and within the departments. Promotions aren't given unless someone gets fired or leaves. Raises are like $.25 when you do get promoted. Probably the lowest paying salary within the tri state area for a pharma company.
