Benefits are really good and for the most part there are some real good people working there

Cons

Management has no control over anything everything is ran by a little Jordanian nut case and you could loose your job over the smallest thing

-good pay -good benefits -great field team (reps)

Cons

-can be quite political at times -things get back-logged because certain members of senior mgmt. won't delegate or trust others, yet they don't have time to get everything done - so you sit and wait -no training or development program -very little done for reward or recognition (no President's Club, etc.)
