      Over worked with no recognition of effort

      Pros

      Gains lot of experience and learned a lot of different things about the field. Benefits were standard. Direct hire position.

      Cons

      There was very little guidance from management. The little guy was blamed for bigger picture problems. The processes set in place made it difficult to get your job done.

      Pros

      Most people are friendly. Large campus if you like to take long walks during lunch. Nice learning center and the training is well conducted during training classes.

      Cons

      The new Tech Leveling is not fair to all employees because its not based on experience and does not take into consideration the length of service or additional skills the employee has. This is a major complaint within the company.
