Pros

Great people, good benefits, generous PTO, large facility, cafe onsite.

Cons

Parent company is struggling to keep the Columbus facility operational. No new business, no innovation, heavy budget cuts and layoffs are the norm now. Not a good work environment, stressful, wondering will you be the next cut.

Pros

PTO, Medical, Mike Balog (Great Leader!)

Cons

The new CEO is more concerned with employee attendence policy than empowering management to lead and motivate high performing employees with little to no flexability. High performing employees have been punished for the sake of equal treatment for jobs which cannot be equated. Employees are seen as expendable liabilities who are only associated with the cost of a paycheck. The company has created an environment where employees mistrust leadership, their communication, and the company's intentions. Employees feel targeted and wait for company traps, especially for those with extensive years of service.

Pros

Benifits are great and collegues are wonderful. Everyone works their butts off.

Cons

As mentioned in other recent reviews, the new CEO Riad is a tyrant and completely disconnected from US employees. As a US employee I feel terrible for those in other contries and how they must be treated, Now there is a new tyrant, Hafrun, added to the Senior ranks in the form of US generics President. She is yet Another Teva alum and completly disconnected from how the business operates/what works and unwilling to listen, learn, and lead. She came in guns blazing like the wild west and thinks we all are slow. She's always stating "thats not good enough" without regard to or sembalance of understanding to the challenges. Its as if she thinks her dislike of a situation will just magically fix it. The US generics business is severly understaffed and the business keeps top loading without adding to the supporting functions.
