      Pros

      Lots of PTO, potential for decent bonus if numbers are met.

      Cons

      Upper management, poop rolls down hill. Every year they have less and less manpower, yet they raise their goals higher and blame the workers when numbers aren’t met. Not given proper time to take care of equipment. People with no personal experience of the job make new procedures that drastically affect production time.

      Pros

      great pay and benefits, very good and knowledgeable associates and leads healthy environment.

      Cons

      many layers of management and the decision makers are often people that you have never met or worked with. Very slow-paced process of making products especially when waiting for after cleaning swab's results.
