To aid with work/lie balance, it would be nice to have better PTO policies.

This company is focused on buying new agencies. They do not care about their employees. They had commission from me for over 7 months. There is no communication. Want to feel like part of Gilligan's island, go work for HILB. The benefits are terrible.
