Pros

Hybrid work, Oceanpoint management is great, great group of people to work with from former Oceanpoint, however everything has changed under Hilb administration, causing unhappy employees to move on.

Cons

Pressure to sell, assign work not related to the position, health insurance benefits is lousy.

The pros are in the past before they sold to PE/Venture Capital

Cons

They provide no support. No marketing. No branding. It's has a small agency view, and watch out for management in stealing commissions. They dont hide that. It's something they pride themselves .
