From the interview process, through onboarding, and assuming a new role, Hilb Group has been the best! Communication from top to bottom is excellent. You never feel like you don't know what's going on. Employees work as a team, which is something you don't find everywhere. Hilb Group truly wants to make employees feel at ease from the beginning. The best part is communication, teamwork, and all the things used to wow you in the beginning continue throughout your employment. They never stop communicating and growing. Truly a wonderful place to work!
