      Pros

      Firstly, my interview process was the most pleasurable experience I've had. Everyone that I interviewed with was open and honest about every aspect of the interview process, position, and the culture of the company. Cheryl Botwick (Recruiting Manager) was very responsive, was patient and answer every question. I've now been at Hilb for a month and this has been the best experience I had. My team is filled with really awesome people who are genuine. I am so happy to be a member of the Hilb Group!

      Pros

      I started with Hilb in the Mid-Atlantic newly formed Marketing Department and am a firm believer that when one door closes one bigger and better opens....Hilb is that Door! Can't say enough about what a great company and great group of people I now work with every day! We genuinely care about each other and want to succeed together...teamwork! Working remotely at home utilizing Teams to talk to and see everyone anytime a huge perk and they have successfully made this work! I couldn't be happier working with Hilb!

      Cons

      Not really a con....working with a new department...getting the producers and account managers on board with sending in their new business to us is a work in progress and not just the tough stuff but there again we get to work on some truly interesting and challenging accounts and what a WIN when we actually write them!
