Smooth Transition - Friendly - Good Work

Pros

I recently switched to Hilb to get a better job structure and it has been a good change. The transition was smooth, there was training provided and resources on hand for questions. Everyone has been friendly and helpful. IT staff are very helpful and nice. Good management and good quality work.

Cons

As is not uncommon - the technology/computers/apps is/are slow and cumbersome - room for improvement in Tech. Benefits are expensive.
