The marketing team creates good looking custom materials and some of the people are nice

Cons

As you would expect from a company owned by private equity, the salaries and benefits are not good. There is no sense of community and because it’s private equity owned they will not hire enough staff to service clients the way they deserve to be serviced or to provide good work-life balance for employees.
