      -Remote -Decent PTO & Flexibility -Summer Fridays

      Cons

      -Lack of organization -Leadership can be a bit oblivious to daily job tasks -No real training or structure Too many daily meetings discussing the same topics taking up roughly 3 hours of work time. -No real room for advancement -Workload is always growing with no actual plans of back filling roles -Lack of diversity -Pay rate is subpar compared to other companies

      None Amount of time off is ok.

      Cons

      They keep buying small agencies and trying to consolidate them. These agencies have had people working for them for years. The reason that the purchased agencies were successful was the people who worked there. Hilb culture is so bad that those people are leaving. Upper management and HR are downright nasty. Stay away.
