None Amount of time off is ok.

Cons

They keep buying small agencies and trying to consolidate them. These agencies have had people working for them for years. The reason that the purchased agencies were successful was the people who worked there. Hilb culture is so bad that those people are leaving. Upper management and HR are downright nasty. Stay away.

Prior employer sold agency to Hilb. Seems like Hilb has better salary levels. There's opportunity to learn and take on more responsibility. Employee benefits package is decent.

Cons

High stress due to heavy workload and inefficient processes. Account Managers don't have enough support. Get pulled in lots of different directions. While benefits are decent, it's very expensive to cover your dependents on the health plan.
