Pros

Beautiful new building with a cool gym. Friendly coworkers and approachable leaders and management. Lots of transparency and open communication from the top.

Cons

Benefits could be better and improved upon. Not much else negative to say. Very satisfied and happy with everything else.

They do give big bonuses.

Cons

Took a 28% pay cut when they bought our field. Even the $100k bonus wouldn’t have made up for the pay cut. They don’t have much regard for environmental rules and safety. Do everything as cheap as possible. Very cut-throat.

Its a job that pays. That's it.

Cons

They promise great bonuses when you sign up but when it comes down to it, you will never meet the metrics or they find reasons to reduce the promises dramatically. They low ball everything and are very much overly contract heavy. They like contractors since they can pay them much less. Also plan for little to no family time because its mandatory to work 50 hours a week which is INCLUDED in you salary quote. The pay is so low its really hard to make ends meet.
