Hypocrisy at it’s finest

Pros

hmmm…hybrid work, lots of parking, office is in a nice area

Cons

Thee fakest of places. So much inauthenticity it’s quite sickening, but if that’s what you’re good at, you’ll succeed here. This is one of those places that speaks so much of DEI and corporate values when the HR leaders can’t even list those core values off the top of their head. And don’t even get me started on DEI. the full extent of that is emails and food. Actually practicing DEI, especially the equity part, is pure absolute lip service. Then they say yay! we’re under administrative budget, but act like we don’t see that the high turnover and skeleton crews are the reason why. Proud of employee satisfaction surveys, but less and less people complete the survey because they don’t result in ANY change and anonymity is not guaranteed. So all you have left are the fibbers and the ones that are actually treated fairly and with respect.

Pros

There are some employees who are forward-thinking, collaborative, and accountable.

Cons

This company has a track record of poor management. Many people in management positions aren’t qualified for those roles. They often don’t have the right skills, knowledge, experience, or leadership abilities to do the job well. Instead of creating a space where collaboration, innovation, and teamwork can thrive, they tend to act out of insecurity and resist new ideas. Their inability to effectively manage teams or drive meaningful progress results in a negative and blame-shifting culture. This dysfunctional leadership stifles employee morale and engagement, which hinders the organization’s success.
