Pros

The people are warm and friendly almost like Family. Had a great supervisor who taught me everything I need to know to survive the Moving Industry and take my experience to a higher level.

Cons

Long hours in the summer, benefits and pay need improvement and the Company need to give women a change to raise up in Management. Seems more of a " All Boy's Club" higher up the Management chain. Not a company to work for if you are a woman and want to move up in Management.

Long hours during summer. Not much work in the winter. No benefits.

Pros

There were some really good people at the company who cared about others. It was small and had a family feel. Pretty good benefits for the industry. I was well compensated compared to others within the company.

Cons

VERY cliquey. If you weren't one of the good 'ol boys, then you weren't worth paying attention to. Management didn't seem to care about its employees even though they said they did. At least they did not show it with actions. Too many people were lifers and did not want to share information to have job security. Very closed and negative culture.
