Pros

The opportunity to earn certifications within the Hilton company is readily available. Because hotels are always open, there is opportunity to work hours around school schedules and get overtime.

Cons

The hours are tough - hotels are 24 hours a day/365 days a year, so the potential to have to work on holidays and weekends is high.

Pros

My overall enjoyment is seeing people happy and satisfied. Thats why i enjoy serving so much, connecting with customers and hearing there amazing experiences.

Cons

Didn't get alot of help when it would get extremely busy, but I'm a hard worker and could always get the job done.
