      I know new people and I have more friends

      I don't yet because have only few weeks working there, but some coworker said the after 3 months don't give the rise.

      Pros

      Nice management they make you feel appreciated.

      Cons

      Training is basically self training they throw you out on the floor if you have experience or not. Disorganized and they expect a lot from you in so little time. Pay is ok but it easy to get burned out. They show favoritism. If everyone is doing there job it's great but it's mostly you to be the only one working while others are watching tv and talking. Can be frustrating when you working hard and did all the setting up and someone else get recognition for your hard work.

      Coworkers, are very nice and keep things interesting, many of the managers are nice and keep things calm and collectives.

      Cons

      Not really keeps in order, and still waiting for my raise. And way to many people want to be management but are unable to come to work on time...
