Benefits are ok. Only if you are booking your team member rates a year ahead of time is the only way you can reserve discounted rates. But who plan that far ahead?
Cons
Manager doesn't listen to employees. Disrespectful and unprofessional manner doesn't keep your loyal employees. More job security and protection for employees with seniority. Lack of professionalism within the management and administrative unable to approach regarding work related issues. There is more favoritism within the seniority instead of looking into each case circumstances. Intimidating tactics are used to push employees from leaving. Making you look like you are at fault. Management gives feedback but in a very unprofessional manner. You are not explain what and where you are at in your position scrambling to figure out. Working environment is very controlled.
