Pros

Hotel Discounts was the only viable benefit

Cons

They vouch for having more PTO than any company. Newsflash you do not get paid holidays. Or a promise to have them off. You have to request them. I worked in an administrative office. I had to use a PTO day to have the fourth of July off!!! I have never heard of such a thing. Toxic, overwork and underpay culture across all brands. I have worked for 3 hotel companies. This was by far THE WORST. The win best place to work because they strategically pick people to do the survey that either doesn't speak English and don't even understand the questions so the managers answer the questions for them or people they know will say great things. Out of every job and company I have worked for in the 15 years I have been in the workforce, this was the worst. I would never go back.
