Pros

Good company culture, management is generally helpful, good employee benefits, good work environment.

Cons

Miscommunication between departments is sometimes a problem, sometimes unprepared for fluctuations in business volume that come with being a downtown hotel.

Okay Company, great for bartending

Pros

Benefits of working at hotel as a bartender are nice since we get health insurance and such, hotel discount is spotty based on how busy the hotel you want to go to is, but depending on where you want to go you usually have a 70% chance of getting the discount you can get a discount at a Hilton property for around 45$ dollars a night.

Cons

Some downsides is that not all the times is corporate very well mannered towards their employees
