      Good opportunity working at home

      Pros

      Hilton offers an extremely flexible program for selecting your own schedule. For somebody who is balancing work and school this is extremely useful. There are also very good opportunities for commission if you are a high performer. Travel benefits are amazing! It is often very fun to help people plan their trips. Hilton definitely does value its employees and there are very clear avenues to voice feedback to the company, and they do listen and adjust as they can.

      Cons

      Base pay is a little low to start, about 10-20% lower than similar jobs in the area. Employee discounts can sometimes be a bit difficult to use.

      Pros

      Work From Home is good The Discounts are good Flexible schedule (if offered) you can work the schedule you want.

      Cons

      If you can not get the flex schedule and have a set schedule, they can change your schedule and do not care if you do not like the new schedule. The pay is not good. Some departments are good, some departments are not good. They have favoritism in some departments and if you are a kiss up or their friend, you can get promoted before a person that has more experience
