      Pros

      Time off - 20 days your first year and 25 days after Work from home flexibility Travel benefits

      Cons

      No advancement opportunities. No priority given to internal candidates for promotions - they usually hire externally. Senior leadership is very disorganized and show favoritism. They also have an extreme elitist attitude. Work load is unreasonable.

      Worst job ever! Don't work here!

      Pros

      Hotel discount, you paid $43 a night. And family members and Fridays can get the discount as well

      Cons

      The people who train you don't know anything. You have metrics during OJT, pay is low. You work alot, you don't get paid alot. Incentives are a joke.

      100% Virtual. Good training. Flexible hours. Paid on time. Good work/life balance. Good benefits. They are willing to help you.

      Cons

      Unrealistic metrics you must meet. Have to offer 2 extra offers on calls that most customers aren't interested in it.
