Pros
As a cook, job satisfaction was good as you work with mostly skilled team members, here and there there is a dunce that just keeps on sucking air. Get to work with a lot of team members from different backgrounds. My salary only made ends meet once I had worked overtime.
Cons
Hours are long and varied shift times. There were double standards and favouritism applied to some of the team members who just would not pull their own weight.
