Perhaps I lucked out at a good location, but banquets at the El Conquistador Tucson were top notch. Everyone genuinely cares for each other and we all make sure we make good money while we're at it.

Cons

Some departments need work, management staff isn't always dependable, and turnover is high.

Very helpful in making students comfortable in a foreign environment. Great management and other stuff.

Cons

Not many. Experienced difficulty rejecting overtime hours. Even so, it was an opportunity to make extra buck.
