      Pros

      Large network of well-informed people. Interesting company with a lot going on. Consistent, reliable work in property management. The opportunity to work in world class buildings.

      Cons

      Not very modern or flexible work place. Pay and benefits are low compared to the job demands. Because it’s such a big company, it’s much more about relationships than it actually is about doing your job. The well-connected people get the best work.

      Good benefits, strong company reputation for quality service, many good team members.

      Cons

      Leadership is incredibly disconnected with their employees. You often work for years on tasks well above your pay grade with no recognition or discussion of a career path upward.
