There is no proper work/life balance. The health benefits are not great especially for a company who's founder and President is a woman. Wouldn't advise coming here if you are considering starting a family while in the position. Your opinion is not really valued. It is constantly asked when trying to fluff ratings on independent surveys but not valued any other time. People that have been in the company for a long period of time get rewarded for bad behavior causing newer employees to walk on eggshells and not feel comfortable reporting unprofessional behaviors. Also there is no real HR dept they hired one person to fill a chair that normally is held by multiple individuals. To make matters worse the woman has no power everything you tell her still must go through the CEO making it pointless as nothing is going to be rectified.
