Pros

Some flexibility in working hours. Pay is standard for the region. No overtime requested or required for this particular project.

Cons

Too much micromanagement from too many people on the hierarchy. A great deal of focus on clocking in and out in multiple fashions (sign in sheet, online timekeeper). People being let go with no notice. Location changed at the last minute.
