They do nothing but take half of your money. They are hard to get a hold of, etc etc.

It's a job. You are not tied down.

Cons

No benefits They cut bonus pay halfway through my contract when I was almost qualified for it, and after I was qualified for it told me they didn't have it anymore No Holiday pay They take half of the money you would be making

Pros

They have access to many job opportunities. But I would go with another national employment agency before them if I had the choice.

Cons

They just are not very smart and are annoying to work for. Like any employment agency they care about their clients (i.e. employers) and not much about employees. I have worked for them for several years on a "temporary" assignment.
