Pros

Great company culture and the opportunity to work with like-minded people. Hire Resolve is always working to stay up to speed with all the latest applications and technology to ensure they are able to produce the highest quality service and make their employees daily activities, easier and more efficient.

Cons

Whilst not a serious "con", some employees work remotely which can result in not all employees collaborating on a constant basis, however, this doesn't cause a disconnect and they still manage to maintain clear communication and teamwork.

Looking back at my time at Hire Resolve

Pros

My experience here started off really well but then Covid hit and everything changed. I was offered no support. One pro, the Engineering training I received was excellent (Trained by Roxanne)

Cons

- Dodgy dealings - Mainly men in managerial roles - Hectic micromanaging - Lack of understanding during covid - Treated as just a number - Very low basic - Only benefit was receiving a muffin if I came into work at 7 - Haha - Does not offer additional assistance - Cheap - Spammed clients - Were more about numbers than quality

Pros

Really great way to get your foot in Recruitment if you’re a fresh graduate.

Cons

- Very high turnover. You often see employees work for 2 - 6 months before leaving due to reasons mentioned below. - Management has gotten worse and worse as time progresses. - CEO constantly implements new “rules”, systems, processes. This happens on a monthly, if not weekly, basis. - Micromanagement is on another level. You have to document everything you do and there will be people checking in if you don’t. - The only way you’ll get promoted is by staying long enough. Great performance gets verbal recognition, but no monetary rewards.
