Supportive work environment with colleagues and leaders who listen, care, and make adjustments with the market and with the business' needs. Sales-oriented environment where everyone pulls their own weight. CEO pays for incentives and trips out of pocket when they go over budget instead of stopping the fun If you work hard and put the time in, this job will pay you back 10x over. For anyone who puts revenue on the board each month, our commission is fantastic. The people who complain about it are always the ones not billing. Some of the best people to work with every day!

Cons

If you expect "showing up" each day to be enough, you're in for a bad time. If you don't pull your own weight, this job will crush you.
