Pros

You will be challenged to get out of your comfort zone - and with that comes growth. Employees at Hire with Jarvis are all presented with an opportunity to succeed. The majority of our growth is organic, and there are various career paths from leadership to individual contributors. People have gone on to open new offices, start new brands, develop new specialties and markets. Top performers earn six figures+++. Benefits and PTO are generous. Values driven environment and a culture of accountability.

Cons

If you do not function well in a KPI and target driven environment, are not comfortable managing change (we are a scaling business, change is inevitable as we grow), and do not have a mindset of accountability --- then this might not be the place for you. It's a sales job and if you are looking for a 9-5 then you will not be happy here. It takes time and energy to build up a strong market, and you need to be willing to put that in.

Pros

This is a company that gives you the autonomy and resources necessary to develop yourself, your skills, and your business. Recruitment is a sales job, one of the tougher ones since you have to sell to both clients and candidates. The people here make a stressful, hard job so enjoyable and exciting to do every day. My boss has gone from a manager to a mentor and lifelong friend over the last 2 years. Even in my lowest moments, I've never doubted that he cares about me and my success beyond just a budget or employee-manager relationship. We also have tons of fun! Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly incentives along with quarterly and half-year trips with the CEO!

Cons

This is a very tough sales job that often takes more than just 8 hours of your day. Work-life balance can quickly slip if you don't put effort into keeping balance in your life. The good thing is that the managers here do their best to help curb burnout and notice when you're putting in a little too much time and effort. They want you to succeed in and out of the office! The CEO is a bit eccentric, but what CEO isn't 😅
