The culture is amazing. My boss is incredible. They give everyone an opportunity to be the best they can as they do not micro manage. They are willing to hear your ideas and try them if they are reasonable. I took a big salary cut to work here for the proven opportunity this company has to offer. Everyone at corporate as well has been incredibly helpful and pleasant to work with.

Cons

The industry itself can be tough. Nothing to do with the company itself, but the industry this company is in can be challenging dealing with the people we do.
