great team, good support, appreciative customers, hard work pays off. Great professional relationships built between daily visits and networking. Fun events, lots of freedom for sales and creating your business development. All around good company in this field.

Cons

constant volume of calls and changes, comes with the area of business. To be successful you have to dedicate a certain level of customer service when situations arise that will take away from the sales side of things.
