Pros
They will use and abuse you. They will make it sound like it’s a privilege to work there. The owner portrays this high and all mighty Mormon leader. But behind closed doors he will tear you up. Every other word he is dropping F bombs. He once had a meeting telling everyone he was reinstating vacation time. (Yes he actually took it away) long behold with the new laws that were passed everyone was going to be entitled to it anyway. I recently worked 50+ hours for over a month straight. I am on salary so there’s no overtime. Then one Friday I worked a half day (unexpected) due to illness. They actually docked me 4hrs of PTO. Yeah just watch your butt
