      Pros

      Great company to work for, with very positive outlook. Ambitious and very customer-focused while still prioritizing its people. Talent is highly valued, there's a strong high performing culture, with a fair and transparent performance management process. The work environment is positive, employees are highly engaged, and there is a good work–life balance. Leadership is supportive, reasonable and inspiring.

      Cons

      Some leaders lack leadership skills and there are some people in the wrong leadership places, in my view.
