      Less pressure No one forces to go to office Extremely chill work Friendly team leads Senior employees are quite supportive

      Cons

      Job isn't secure. They say they are gonna give job for sure but never stand on their words. Poor management In hand salary is very less compared to the salary offered to us during placement. Can't believe in any of their promises. No fun activities Employees barely attend office No perks at all.
