      Pros

      I've worked at Hitachi (Vantara until the launch of Hitachi Digital Services in October 2023) for over 3 years. The culture, the people, the technological space (Cloud, Data, IoT, GenAI, etc.) are all top notch. There is a huge focus on diversity and inclusion, and the Japanese Hitachi culture of doing good for everyone in the world and the planet stands out. The company is highly ethical, culturally and environmentally conscious, and they treat their employees with respect.

      Cons

      Technology, industry, worklife balance, culture. Honesty and integrity. Good perks and benefits. Flexible WFH policies, geared towards employee wellbeing. Health related reimbursements for over $600 each year!
