Pros

Half days on Fridays. The gym contribution is also a plus. Good rate of pay

Cons

Terrible face fit and bullying culture from managment. Lots of shouting. Cant talk to colleagues whilst working, even about work. High pressure, lots of false promises and poor facilities. Lots of people are applying elsewhere specifically due to management, shame as the wage is good and the work isnt bad.
