Pros

Nice secure campus Insurance - they have the BEST! 401K Easy production job Good location It is honestly a good job They no longer hire addicts, which made the quality go way up and they now actually pay a better wage!

Cons

10 hour work day Time off isn't the best (it takes almost 10 years to get 2 weeks off) No room for advancement at all. Management isn't the best.
