Pros

Best health benefits I have ever had but they are needed to offset poor wages. ! That's the only bright spot.

Cons

Employees are overworked, 70-80 hours a week, 7 days a week. Turnover extremely high. Upper management repeatedly self promote themselves from Manger, to Sr Manager, to Director, etc. (sometimes within a year or so) while Middle and Lower Management wages are not equitable with other employers in area and the poor little hourly areas are overworked and under appreciated, poor training programs in place for management and hourly employees, have shown no improvement over the last couple years although they constantly say positive changes are coming. Have no clue how to retain talented employees and instead of promoting the most talented employees they normally promote the ones who has been their the longest and whine despite them lacking the skills needed. Company is on a dead-end road.
