The company has gone downhill significantly since Didi Haase took over as COO to perform a butchering job of a reorg. The entire sales team quit and took their decades long relationships with them removing all client trust. Projects have all but dried up and there have been 8 or more Reductions in Force since the reorg. Most of the best talent has left for competitors. Hitachi used to be the gold standard for excellence and now they are just another overpriced consultant firm that tries to hide the fact they are using offshore labor and billing it as on shore.

Unclear job roles. .Net professional ask to work on non .net technology and vice versa. Limited projects in .net. Will be asked to work on any technology even if it is RPA. Management is worst here. There is no long term projects. Project work is for 2-3 Months and then again we have to search for new work.Appraisal are delayed.
