      Out of touch leadership leads to learned helplessness

      Hard working people not in senior leadership

      Cons

      Out of touch leadership, no technologists in senior leadership, no vision or reason to exist. Continual RIFs resulting in learned helplessness. At least used to give lip service to psychological safety and the pillars of success like harmony, don't really even talk about them any more. No career path.

      Do not work in project services as they will toss you out the moment they are unable to meet their numbers, it does not matter your performance, dedication, client delivery etc.
