Those that are left are trying to make it work

Cons

Not sure why profiles are saying good work life, unless you are billable in the past month you are fired. You are expected to travel on your own time, and US head office questions the Canada 3 week minimum vacation allowance. Many women coming back from Mat leave were fired. A private company so no accountability to shareholders.
